Team Fundraising FAQ's

How do I create a team?
1. Start the registration process

2. Select your category
3. Fill out your contact information
4. Find 'Create a Team' on the third page of the registration process


Do I have to be part of a team?
No, you can register as an individual.


My team has already been created. How do I join it?
Option 1: On the third page of the registration process, you will find the 'Select a Team' search box. Search for and select the team you'd like to join here!

Option 2: Click here to search for your team name in the 'Fundraiser' search bar and click 'Join Team' on their page! 

*If you have already completed your registration, don't worry! Contact help@enmotive.com and we can add you to the correct team!


How do I view my 'Team's Fundraising Page'?
1. Sign in to your
EnMotive Account
2. Scroll down to the 'Registrations' section
3. Click the 3 dots of the registration that you wish to view the 'Team Fundraising Page' for
4. Select 'View Team Fundraising Page'


How do I become the Team Captain?

To become the Team Captain, you must be the first person to register/create the Team. Team already created? Please reach out to help@enmotive.com to change captains.


As a Team Captain, how do I make updates to our 'Team Fundraising' page?

1. Sign in to your EnMotive Account
2. 'Teams' will be listed at the bottom of the page – scroll to your team
3. Click 'Manage Team'
4. Click the blue 'Actions' button to view the available actions.
Only team captains can make these edits.



As a Team Captain, how do I manage my Team?
1. Sign in to your EnMotive Account
2. 'Teams' will be listed at the bottom of the page – scroll to your team
3. Click 'Manage Team'
4. Click 'View/Manage Team' (only Team Captains will have this option to manage) 


How do I send my 'Team Fundraising' page to invite friends and family to donate to my team's fundraising efforts?

Search for your Team on the search page. Once you have selected your team, there is a 'Mail' option on the 'Team Fundraising' page.


How do I invite my friends and family to join my team?
1. Sign in to your
EnMotive Account
2. Scroll down to the 'Current and Upcoming Events' section
3. Scroll to the appropriate race registration
4. Click the blue 'Actions' button and click 'View Team' 
5. On your team page, click the blue 'Actions' button and click 'Invite Teammate'
6. Once you click this, your default email will open with a link to email out


Why can't I upload photos to my 'Team Fundraising' page?
If you are not the Team Captain, you will not be able to add photos to the 'Team Fundraising' slideshow. However, you can add photos to your 'Personal Fundraising' page.

How do I view my 'Personal Fundraising' page?

4. Click 'View Personal Fundraising Page'


How do I edit my 'Personal Fundraising' page?
1. Sign in to your
EnMotive account
2. Scroll down to the 'Current and Upcoming Events' section
3. Click the blue 'Actions' button
4. Click 'View Fundraising Page'
5. Click the blue box on the right-hand side of the screen that says 'My Fundraising Settings' and click Fundraising Settings


How do I send my 'Personal Fundraising' page to friends and family?
Under the 'Donate' button on your 'Individual Fundraising' page, there are three smaller buttons for you to send a link out via Twitter, Facebook, or through your email. 

Due to a connectivity issue between our third-party event managing software and Facebook, there is no preview image for your individual fundraising page when sharing from your page. To correct this issue please follow these instructions:

  1. Visit your fundraising page and copy your individual page URL.
  2. Open Facebook and go to your profile page by selecting your profile picture in the (upper right-hand corner on your computer and in the lower right-hand corner on your mobile device).
  3. Click "What's on your mind?" similar if you were to send a post to anyone on your Facebook page.
    1. Next, type your message of what you'd like to share about DASH
    2. paste your link (that you copied from your DASH fundraising page)
    3. At the bottom click "add to your post" (click the photo icon) -select an image (from phone, FB, or desktop) that represents you, your team, or a loved one; this will remove the preview image error for the link
  4. If you would prefer to not use your own photo, select the DASH Logo link
    1. Then, right-click, "save image as", and select this image within Facebook
  5. Following these instructions will remove the preview image error for the link. If you have any issues, please email info@rolfefoundation.org



How do I change the image on my 'Personal Fundraising' page?

1. Click the blue drop-down menu that says 'My Fundraising Settings'

2. Within this section, click 'Upload Images'


Do I have to create an account if I'm just donating?

No, you do not have to create an account.


I am not registered, how do I donate to an individual fundraiser or a team?

Search for the fundraiser or the team you wish to donate to on the Search page.


How do I donate to the organization without selecting an individual fundraiser or a team?

Click here to donate directly to the Foundations.


Registration FAQ's

How do I update personal information within my account?
1. Sign in to your EnMotive account

2. Click the 'My Account' tab in the upper right-hand corner

3. Change all personal information here (email, password, address, etc.)

Please note: If you need to change your name or birthdate, contact help@enmotive.com


Can I register more than one person under my account?
Yes! You can do so by selecting the 'Register Another Person' option on the last page of registration, or you can start a new registration and enter your email as the account holder.


I have a coupon! Where do I enter this?

There are (2) ways to redeem a coupon code:

1. At Checkout, you can enter the coupon code in the "Coupon" section, underneath the "Total" header.
2. At Checkout, find the registration entry under the "Complete your order" header, click "Coupon" in between the "View/Edit" and "Remove" options, and enter the coupon code in the "Code" section.


Where do I pick up my race packet?

Race packet pick-up information can be found here. Any packets not picked up will be available at DASH on 6/8.


What is the start time for DASH and where is it taking place?
The first corral of runners will be starting at 9 AM. The recommended arrival time is 8 AM. DASH will be taking place at 600 W Montrose Harbor Drive, Chicago.
