Due to a connectivity issue between our third-party event managing software and Facebook, there is no preview image for your individual fundraising page when sharing from your page. To correct this issue please follow these instructions:
- Visit your fundraising page and copy your individual page URL.
- Open Facebook and go to your profile page by selecting your profile picture in the (upper right-hand corner on your computer and in the lower right-hand corner on your mobile device).
- Click "What's on your mind?" similar if you were to send a post to anyone on your Facebook page.
- Next, type your message of what you'd like to share about DASH
- paste your link (that you copied from your DASH fundraising page)
- At the bottom click "add to your post" (click the photo icon) -select an image (from phone, FB, or desktop) that represents you, your team, or a loved one; this will remove the preview image error for the link
- If you would prefer to not use your own photo, select the DASH Logo link
- Then, right-click, "save image as", and select this image within Facebook
- Following these instructions will remove the preview image error for the link. If you have any issues, please email info@rolfefoundation.org
